Privacy Policy
At Otium, your privacy isn’t just a formality—it’s a foundation.
We believe trust is earned through transparency, discretion, and care. This policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and honor your information—whether you’re exploring our services, scheduling a session, or sharing something meaningful with us.
What We Collect
We collect personal information you choose to provide, such as:
Name, email, and contact details
Intake responses or session notes (when applicable)
Payment or invoicing information (if services are booked)
We may also collect limited data automatically, like IP address or website activity, solely to improve user experience and security.
How We Use It
Your information is used only to:
Deliver and personalize services
Communicate with you (never spam or sell)
Improve our offerings and website experience
We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties—ever.
How We Protect It
Your data is stored using secure, encrypted platforms. We regularly audit our tools and protocols to uphold best practices in digital privacy and protection.
Third-Party Tools
We may use secure third-party tools (e.g., scheduling software, payment processors) that have their own privacy policies. We choose these tools carefully and limit their access to only what’s necessary.
Privacy & Confidentiality Statement
All communications, interactions, inquiries, and services provided by Otium Legacy Stewardship are considered strictly confidential and are governed by our internal code of professional discretion, as well as applicable legal principles of non-disclosure and fiduciary responsibility.
No personal, family, professional, or strategic information shared with us — whether verbal, written, digital, or observed — will ever be disclosed, sold, replicated, published, or referenced outside of the express scope of our engagement, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the client or required by law.
All work is conducted under a strict Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement (MNDA), executed at or before the commencement of services, and remains in full effect for a period no less than five (5) years following the last act of service.
Data Protection
We do not retain or store unnecessary client information, and any documentation held is encrypted, access-controlled, and subject to regular audits. Our internal systems are designed with a privacy-by-default and privacy-by-design ethos.
We do not use client data for marketing, analytics, AI training, third-party insight, or internal case studies without explicit written consent. We do not rely on unsecured email or shared cloud platforms for sensitive transmissions. Secure transfer portals, encrypted links, and hardcopy-only delivery are used where appropriate.
No Data Sharing
Otium Legacy Stewardship does not and will never:
Sell, license, or monetize your personal or business information.
Share data with social platforms, advertising networks, or affiliates.
Use cookies for third-party tracking, behavioral profiling, or ad retargeting.
Limited-session cookies may be used strictly for site performance and navigation, not personalization.
Anonymous Inquiry Policy
Visitors may anonymously inquire about services through secure, encrypted forms. No inquiry or contact is tracked or associated with any advertising identifier or behavioral history.
We offer fully anonymous consultations for clients or advisors requiring additional levels of privacy.
Legacy Is Sacred. So Is Your Trust.
Our clients entrust us with their most personal beliefs, values, philosophies, relationships, and stories. We treat that trust as sacred. If at any time you wish to amend, remove, or restrict any data or records held by us, we will do so immediately and without question.
We honor your story—and your silence—with equal care.
