All work is conducted under a strict Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement (MNDA), executed at or before the commencement of services, and remains in full effect for a period no less than five (5) years following the last act of service.

We do not retain or store unnecessary client information, and any documentation held is encrypted, access-controlled, and subject to regular audits. Our internal systems are designed with a privacy-by-default and privacy-by-design ethos.

We do not use client data for marketing, analytics, AI training, third-party insight, or internal case studies without explicit written consent. We do not rely on unsecured email or shared cloud platforms for sensitive transmissions. Secure transfer portals, encrypted links, and hardcopy-only delivery are used where appropriate.

Otium Legacy Stewardship does not and will never:
